The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP), launched in 1974.  Its development and deliver is reliant on a national partnership with the government of Canada, National Sport Organizations, Provincial/territorial governments, and provincial/territorial sport organizations.  The NCCP provides a range of training and certification opportunities to ensure coaches gain the confidence to succeed.
